One of the most delicious desserts in the Portuguese cuisine is definitely the Peanut Fudge. This recipe is a mixture of many tasty ingredients like milk, peanut butter, pecans and vanilla that will make to eat it an unforgettable experience.
1 cup of milk.
1/2 tsp salt.
1/2 cup peanut butter.
1 cup pecans.
1/2 cup sugar.
1/2 tsp vanilla.
3 tbsp light corn syrup.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Add sugar and milk.
Boil the mixture for two hours.
Add the peanut butter and vanilla seeds.
In a clean recipient mix the sugar and the peanut butter.
Beat the mixture until it has a good appearance.
Place the mixture into a 20cm/8in square baking tray; following place it in the fridge.
